How do I set up Apptoken on my device?

Download the Apptoken app from the App Store, open it, and follow the setup wizard. You'll need to grant necessary permissions for the app to work effectively in managing your phone usage.

Why isn't Apptoken storing apps as expected?

Make sure you've enabled Screen Time permissions. Go to Settings → Screen Time → Apps & Websites and ensure Apptoken is properly configured. You may need to restart your device after initial setup.

Can I customize which apps are stored during focus sessions?

Yes! In the Apptoken app, go to Settings → App Management to customize which apps you want to store in your token during focus sessions. You can create different profiles for different situations.

Does Apptoken have a subscription?

No! Apptoken is a one-time purchase with no subscription fees. You pay once (€29.90 + shipping) and the device is yours forever. There are no monthly fees, no premium tiers, and no upsells. If you see any subscription charges, they are not from Apptoken - please contact us and we'll help you sort it out.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

First, try restarting the app and your device. If the problem persists, make sure you have the latest version of Apptoken installed. If issues continue, please contact our support team with details about your device model and iOS version.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Apptoken app. This will permanently remove all your data. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance.
